  6. Hace 2 días · Ceci dit, Bananas est le baptême du feu pour Don Airey qui a la lourde tâche de succéder à Jon Lord, et autant dire que l’essai est réussi. Les compositions, comme à l’heure habitudes, mettent en valeurs les claviers, en témoigne le morceau éponyme, une belle prouesse avec un questions/réponses entre les claviers d’Airey et la guitare toujours aussi aérienne de Steve Morse.

It packs more of a wallop, it’s cleaner than it was originally, and I can hear parts I couldn’t before, like the bass seems more prominent to my ears on the title track. The CD version has the bonus track “Cloak & Dagger”, but it is not on the vinyl version.
