Quadrophenia ist ein Musikalbum der britischen Rockgruppe The Who.Es erschien als Doppel-LP im Oktober 1973 und war nach Tommy die zweite Rockoper der Gruppe.Die Lieder wurden von Pete Townshend komponiert. Dieser setzte in manchen Stücken (Love Reign o’er Me, Cut My Hair, Quadrophenia) wie auf dem vorherigen Album Synthesizer ein.Vor allem verwendete er das damals neue Streicherkeyboard.

If it helps anyone, i am a Quadrophenia nut, it's my favourite Album of all time. ... like someone turned up the Treble setting to almost full and it gets tiring after a while.
