Christopher Hamill (born 19 December 1958), known professionally as Limahl (an anagram of Hamill), is a British pop singer. He was the lead singer of the pop group Kajagoogoo beginning in 1982, before embarking on a solo career, garnering the 1984 hit " The NeverEnding Story ", the theme song for the film The NeverEnding Story .

Winning the hearts of millions of fans in the 80s as the lead singer of British band Kajagoogoo, Limahl enjoyed the instant celebrity of hitting the top of the charts with his debut single ‘Too Shy’ which was followed by two more Top 20 hits ‘Ooh to Be Ah’ & ‘Hang on Now’ (all of which he co-wrote).

But the band unceremoniously kicked out their talisman singer, Limahl, just as they were getting warmed up. He would enjoy even greater international solo success with a track that keeps on giving.
