'Brothers by Dragons' on AO3 by darkfire1220 is very good (I can't remember if there's any mature scenes or not though). Unfortunately it's seemed to have stopped halfway through with 44 chapters, but definitely one of the best I've read for Inheritance Cycle. Eragon and Murtagh were basically raised together in Carvahall by Garrow.
Two of the best sites out there are called AO3 (Archive Of Our Own) and Fanfiction.net! Both are excellent in my own opinion, plus AO3 has filters which you can set to sift out the stuff you don't want and keep the stuff you do. Fanfiction.net is (I believe) older, but it's still has a really good library of fan-made works.
