In which Murtagh returned to life as a cranky three-year-old, Selena got caught during her escape, and a very much female Eragon was born and raised alongside her mortified brother. If Murtagh thought saving the world was hard, he had never brought up a child of the female species before.
Identity Reveal. Eragon and Brom come across a slave market in Tierm, where Brom recognizes the dark-haired young man that is up for sale. Alternate-Universe where Murtagh ran away from Galbatorix just after he turned 16, was caught, and was sold into slavery by the King as punishment.

I'm only posting as the original creator of this work apparently deleted all of their work from this website and I found the approach to this story pretty good and I've seen many others on the internet looking for this story as well.

Meanwhile, the human-resistance movement dispatches a lone warrior to safeguard Hinata.
