Children’s Hospital Copenhagen. Mary Elizabeths Hospital. The Capital Region of Denmark, Rigshospitalet and Ole Kirk’s Fond have joined forces in a partnership to build a new public hospital that sets new standards for the treatment of children, adolescents, pregnant women and their families.

The new children’s hospital is expected to be completed in 2024 and will care for up to 900 patients, in addition to the workplace of 1200 doctors, nurses, orderlies and administrative staff. Located on a 17,900m2 plot in the centre of Copenhagen – flanked by “Amorparken” and “Fælledparken”.
