Rashawn Ross (born January 16, 1979) is an American trumpeter and arranger. His contributions in the Dave Matthews Band, as first a touring member and now a full-time member, have gained him visibility. Ross is an accomplished session musician.

Rashawn Ross is a versatile trumpeter from St.Thomas, Virgin Islands. He has worked with many artists in different genres of music, such as jazz, rock, hip hop, gospel and country. He is a member of the DAVE MATTHEWS BAND and has toured with them for over a decade. He has also performed with WILLIE NELSON, MACEO PARKER, ZAC BROWN, USHER and more.
