Músico jamaicano. Nació el 9 de octubre de 1944 en Westmoreland ( Jamaica ). Uno de los fundadores de los Wailers junto a Bob Marley y a Bunny Livingstone. Comenzaron a trabajar juntos en 1962. Dos años más tarde apareció Summer Down, una canción de la que llegaron a venderse más de 80.000 discos.
