12 de ene. de 2021 · Purchased a 2021 GV-80 3.5T Prestige - Gold Coast Silver. At 5,155 miles had to have towed to Genesis dealer. Currently in dealer shop, 16 days and counting. Local Techs and Genesis headquarters stated this "engine control computer complete failure" is a first known failure identified with this control system.

16 de nov. de 2024 · I've called Genesis Customer Care (GCC) twice and have a case number as well. I opened the case yesterday and was told that someone from Engineering would be back to me within 7-10 day!! WHAT??? If anyone knows what's going on with activations this week, please let me know. GCC needs to get their act together and make customers happy, not angry ...
25 de may. de 2024 · The tires Genesis has selected for these cars is actually a pretty good all around tire and deliver a smooth ride. If you have issues you can always switch to the Michelin CrossClimate2 which has an even better snow rating. The AWD is a game changer in slippery conditions and will compensate for a lot of other issues.

27 de feb. de 2024 · I have a '22 Genesis GV80 Prestige Signature with matte grey (1/300) and was approved for repurchase. I've had a lot of fuel related issues and loss of power where the loss of power was also attributable to being rear ended. They cannot even get recall parts and still have periodic loss of power issues. Genesis approved the buy back.
