Cabaret Voltaire fue un grupo musical británico procedente de Sheffield, Inglaterra. Inicialmente formado por Stephen Mallinder, Richard H. Kirk y Chris Watson, el grupo tomó su nombre del Cabaret Voltaire, un club de Zúrich , que fue el epicentro de los inicios del movimiento dadaísta.

Cabaret Voltaire were an English music group formed in Sheffield in 1973 and initially composed of Stephen Mallinder, Richard H. Kirk, and Chris Watson. Named for the Zürich nightclub that fostered the early Dada movement, the band are often characterized as among the most innovative and influential electronic acts of their era.

Titled Shadow Of Fear, it’s the first full-length Cabaret Voltaire record produced with Richard H Kirk as the sole member of the project.The genesis of the new album is said to have come from the 2014 edition of Berlin Atonal when Kirk first played live solo as Cabaret Voltaire.
