Aviv Geffen (en hebreo: אביב גפן, nacido el 10 de mayo de 1973) es un músico de rock, cantante, compositor, productor, teclista y guitarrista israelí.Es hijo del poeta y escritor Yonatan Geffen y Nurit Makover. Se graduó de la Escuela Rimón de Jazz y Música Contemporánea, y musicalmente reconoce su deuda con los artistas del mundo angloparlante Bob Dylan y Roger Waters.
