It’s so hard to see the good things around you. Of course, some traumas are worse than others, but there is no point in comparing things.
I’ve never felt anything like this in a dream, where I wasn’t able to snap out of it, or control what I was thinking about. Also, the physical sensations that accompanied this were unlike anything I’ve ever experienced when dreaming. I genuinely felt this darkness fighting against me as I tried to fight for control over what I was saying.
