I feel possessed when in a self-destructive mood, I can’t control myself. I hurt myself a lot even when I don’t want to. I made myself almost walk towards traffic. Im in bed right now because Im scared if I get out, I’ll hurt myself. I did hurt myself yesterday a lot when I moved too much.
