Meredith Jane Monk, född 20 november 1942 i New York, är en amerikansk kompositör, regissör, filmmakare, koreograf och sångare. Sedan 1960-talet har hon skapat olika konstnärliga multiföreställningar som kombinerar musik, teater och dans.
