He has performed with the New York Philharmonic, Chicago and Dusselfdorf Symphonies, and performed his first solo concert at San Francisco’s Grace Church in 2014, a performance documented in the recording, In My Solitude.

As the lyrics suggest, it tells the story of an inmate on a prison work farm who is advising his sweetheart named Berta not to wait for him.
