Phillip Geoffrey Targett-Adams (born 31 January 1951), known professionally as Phil Manzanera, is an English musician, songwriter and record producer. He is the lead guitarist with Roxy Music, and was the lead guitarist with 801 and Quiet Sun.

Phil Manzanera (Philip Targett Adams) was born in London 31st January 1951 to a Colombian mother and English father, and spent most of his childhood in different parts of the Americas: Hawaii, Venezuela, Colombia and Cuba. Phil encountered his first guitar at the age of 6 in Cuba, a Spanish guitar owned by his mother.
