The discography of The Bangles, an American all-female band, consists of five studio albums, ten compilation albums, one extended play, twenty-five singles, and three video albums.
Formed in Los Angeles in 1981, The Bangles are an American band, who had several hit singles throughout the 1980s. The band's hits included "Walk Like An Egyptian", "Hazy Shade Of Winter", and the 1989 No.1 single "Eternal Flame".
The Bangles' full-length debut album on Columbia Records, All Over the Place (1984), captured their power pop roots, featuring the singles "Hero Takes a Fall" and the Kimberley Rew -penned Beatlesque "Going Down to Liverpool" (originally recorded by Rew's band Katrina and the Waves ).
