Dave Kerman (nacido el 24 de agosto de 1959) es un baterista y compositor estadounidense de avant-progressive rock, más conocido como fundador e integrante del grupo avant-progressive 5uu's. David Kerman (born August 24, 1959), better known as Dave Kerman, is an American experimental rock drummer and composer, best known as the founder and member of the Los Angeles avant-rock group 5uu's. He is also a member of the Belgian progressive rock band Present and the Israeli avant-rock band Ahvak.

18 de feb. de 2013 · Inspired by Europe's Rock In Opposition movement of the late 1970s, drummer/composer Dave Kerman formed the 5uu's in Los Angeles in 1984. The band's name was derived from gang graffiti spray-painted on local buildings. The 5uu's later joined with fellow Los Angeles experimentalists The Motor Totemist Guild to form U Totem.
