Hace 10 horas · So that’s what we’re gonna talk about here. Carlos Santana was born in Jalisco, Mexico in 1947, but raised in Tijuana and later San Francisco. He first broke out in 1969, when his band—at that point called the Santana Blues Band —played the Woodstock Music & Arts Festival before their debut album had even been released.
