About Us. School Life. Curriculum. Welcome to Wetherby School, a prestigious school for students aged 4 - 11.
The school has a small intake of 12-16 boys (one class) at Year 3 and a further intake of 70 (four classes) at Year 4. Wetherby School and Wetherby Kensington boys automatically feed into the school at Year 4. Wetherby is a family school and siblings always have priority on entry.
Wetherby School is a group of private schools for boys aged two to eighteen in Notting Hill and Marylebone, London, owned and operated by the Alpha Plus Education Group. Its prep school is a member of the Independent Association of Preparatory Schools.

Wetherby School takes boys from Nursery to Year 3. There are four classes in Reception and Years 1, 2 and 3. Each year group operates in a parallel fashion. As Wetherby, the school is divided into Lower School – Reception and Year 1 and Upper School – Year 2 and Year 3.
The fees for the 2023-2024 academic year are £9050 per term. This includes all tuition, lunches, textbooks and Common Entrance exam fees. Fees are reviewed on an annual basis and parents informed of any increase for the following September at the end of the Spring Term.
