He was a royal scientist who created the CORE, a power source for the Underground, and fell into it and became shattered across time and space. He has a sprite that resembles a ghoul or a featureless figure, and his name is mentioned by followers of Gaster. He may be related to Papyrus and Sans, according to some fans.
