Vicki Lynn Miles-LaGrange (born September 30, 1953) is an inactive Senior United States district judge of the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma. She was the first African-American woman to be sworn in as United States Attorney for the Western District of Oklahoma.

Oklahoma City, Okla. Vicki Miles-LaGrange is a federal judge on senior status on the United States District Court for the Western District of Oklahoma. She joined the court in 1994 after being nominated by President Bill Clinton (D). She assumed senior status November 5, 2018.
Vicki Miles-LaGrange was the first woman US Attorney for Oklahoma, one of the first African American woman senators, (with Maxine Horner), and the first African American Federal Judge for the 10th Circuit. Born in Oklahoma City in 1953, Miles-LaGrange grew up in a segregated district of the city.
