Spiral is a studio album by the Greek electronic composer Vangelis, released in December 1977. It was the third album produced by Vangelis in Nemo Studios, London, which was his creative base until the late 1980s. For the track "To the Unknown Man" Vangelis received the Midem International Instrumental award in 1978.

Spiral, the first album where Vangelis utilizes his Yamaha CS-80 (which he would later use on the majority of his albums) which he had train-shipped from Japan, through Russia and into the UK ahead of its initial release date. Ballad contains vocals from Vangelis himself, sung through a vocoder. The cover art was also designed by Vangelis.
