We’re looking for dedicated individuals to join our Deck team. As a Deck Cadet, you will begin hands-on learning of what it is like to be a Deck Officer. The Deck team focuses on the safety of the voyage so our guests can have a great vacation experience in their home away from home!
Cadet jobs or cadet jobs, part of marine cadets duties will include helping to oversee the safe navigation of the vessel, to ensure deck maintenance and to supervise the crew on board the ship. Marine cadets working area will be predominantly on the vessel's Bridge as well as other external deck areas.
Deck Cadets learn to perform the day-to-day operations of a Deck Officer, including navigation, safety checks, vessel maintenance and deck work. As an Engine Cadet, you'll assist the Engineering Officers in maintaining the vessel main engines and all mechanical equipment, including taking daily logs.

Deck Cadet We support cadetships on both the HND (High National Diploma), Foundation Degree and the Scottish Diploma. As a Deck Officer Cadet, you’ll learn how to navigate by both traditional and modern means, supervise the crew at a variety of tasks, and ensure the overall safe operation of the ship.
