How to Apply to UWM. Prospective freshmen can apply to the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee using either the UW System application or the Common App. All other applicants should use the UW System application. Keep in mind that UWM has three campuses offering different programs and degrees.

Pay the application fee(s): a non-refundable, $75 base application fee is required of all applicants.
