3 de oct. de 2007 · Hi, I was just asking me a question, i was writing in English and i use for a moment the words 'upper' and 'lowest'. But if 'lowest is the opposite of 'highest', what is the opposite of 'upper' ? Thanks

There is no "right corner" or "right-hand corner". A rectangular object whose top is flat and whose sides are vertical has four corners: - its top right (upper right) corner.
23 de abr. de 2015 · I also like 'upper'. But--and I don't want to complicate matters--I'd probably say 'in the upper right hand corner of the screen'. For some reason, I see this as something that is found or to be placed inside the confines of the screen. That brings up another issue: is the number already there, or is it to be put there as verification?

However, in common (American) English usage, the given name (" first name") goes first and the surname ("last name") goes last, and only the first letters are capitalized: John Donovan. Asaisaio. 17 de oct. de 2006 · It's rather an aside, but I never use the # key for this purpose on my phone. But only official abbreviation is no. (from Latin). Others are just pure shortcuts, even though in Europe you see Nbr. or Nr. quite often I think (In French, we would still write Nbre for instance!) There is no single official abbreviation.

So if there's a high in the low 70s, that means that the highest they think the temperature is going to get is the low 70s. Conversely, temperatures generally fall in the evening and through the night.
