1. Submit application and fee. Use the online UO application , download the PDF , or complete the Common Application (freshmen only) and pay the nonrefundable $75 (USD) application fee. 2. Show English proficiency. Provide official exam results from the TOEFL, IELTS, Duolingo English Test, SAT, or ACT to prove your English proficiency.
