In 1936, The words A Universal Picture were changed to circle around the globe. There is a colorized version of this logo, which can be seen on colorized prints of films originally produced in black and white. Universal International 1946–1963 1946–1960

This version simply showed a rotating globe with the words “Universal International” shown on top of it. 1963-1990.
