  2. 28 de abr. de 2024 · I always thought that Traffic was a big band in their own right. They played the Spectrum in Philly twice back in the early to mid seventies. Steve Winwood was regarded as a star with his work in Traffic and Blind Faith. He sold a few records as a solo artist also.

My favorite album of theirs is the underrated Shootout At Fantasy Factory. Roll Right Stones is a brilliantly trippy song.

The song has since been covered by numerous artists, including Crosby, Stills, and Nash, and a legendary live performance by Jimi Hendrix. Personally, “Dear Mr. Fantasy” holds a special place in my heart.
