The band's longest-existing and most commercially successful line-up consisted of keyboardist Tony Banks, bassist/guitarist Mike Rutherford and drummer/singer Phil Collins.

The song was written by the band’s lead singer, Phil Collins, along with guitarist Mike Rutherford and keyboardist Tony Banks. It was included in their 13th studio album, “Invisible Touch”.
