He still performed a lot of his first Solo efforts "Runt" and "Runt The Ballad of Todd Rundgren" during this nearly 3 hour concert, so all the Fan participants stayed and enjoyed "Todd Rundgren's Utopia" . . . by this time, Roger Powell had replaced keyboardist M. Frog Labat.
Todd is a good singer, but I don't think the songs are good haha. I think the pop influence sneaks into the music too often for me. I like my Todd albums freaky and kinda catchy, but Utopia as a whole just feels watered down and somewhat annoying to me. Todd's singing is the biggest draw to me with this band, but that's not what I want in my prog.
