  6. Situated at the historic heart of the UK music scene, Outernet London is home to two state-of-the-art music event venues, HERE at Outernet and The Lower Third. HERE is a large-scale room with cutting-edge A/V capabilities and hosts some of the biggest names in live music and DJ talent.

  7. Our district offers a brand new 2,000 capacity venue called HERE at Outernet, and a more intimate dive bar venue called The Lower Third to support emerging artists. We’ve also partnered with the BPI to build a not-for-profit recording studio on the iconic Denmark Street whose music shops we’ve restored.
