31 de may. de 2022 · CREDIT: Press. London’s 12 Bar Club is reopening under a new name, The Lower Third, alongside the launch of the Outernet’s new 2,000-capacity live events venue called HERE this summer.
Today, with a capacity of 230 standing and 65 seated in a theatre style, it’s primed to host a new era of moments. Cocktail Bar. The Forge. Clubroom. The Lower Third - Cocktail Bar. The preserved history and interior provide an intimate and relaxed backdrop for your event.
The Lower Third is a music and cocktail bar situated at the heart of Central London on Denmark Street, less than a minute’s walk from Tottenham Court Road station. Steeped in rich musical and cultural history, The Lower Third is an iconic hub celebrating community and creativity in all its forms.
31 de may. de 2022 · HERE’s capacity is up to 2,000, while The Lower Third promises to “play host to a diverse entertainment program: live music, dance, comedy, immersive theatre, awards shows and beyond.” The project has also appointed its programming team, with promoter and broadcaster Leo Green on board as Artistic Director.

Our district offers a brand new 2,000 capacity venue called HERE at Outernet, and a more intimate dive bar venue called The Lower Third to support emerging artists. We’ve also partnered with the BPI to build a not-for-profit recording studio on the iconic Denmark Street whose music shops we’ve restored.
