The Keef Hartley Band appeared at the Woodstock Festival of 1969 but their performance never made it into the movie, damaging their chances of Stateside success. Nevertheless, the band went on to release another four albums. Hartley later reunited with Mayall for the albums “Back To The Roots”, “Moving On” and “Ten Years are Gone”.
10 de may. de 2022 · 50 odd years ago I saw Keef Hartley live as support to John Mayall and it was a show that left a huge impression on me. This was the period when JM had no drummer so KH sat in on his set as well. The first 3 albums in this box I was very familiar with, not so much the rest but they’re pretty ok.

They recorded a track in September 1967, ' Suspicions (part one) ' included in the fantastic collection of outtakes, Thru the years, and ' Suspicions (part 2) ' appears in another collection of outtakes, Looking back. Paul Williams only stayed two months, until October 1967.
