The following is the discography of the American rock band the Doors. Formed in Los Angeles in 1965, the group consisted of Jim Morrison (vocals), Ray Manzarek (keyboards), John Densmore (drums), and Robby Krieger (guitar). The Doors became one of the most popular rock bands of their era.
American psychedelic rock/blues rock band formed from "Rick And The Ravens" in July, 1965 in Los Angeles, CA, United States by Jim Morrison and Ray Manzarek. After the death of Jim Morrison on July 3, 1971 in Paris, the other band members released two more albums, but they were not very successful. In April 1973 the band broke up.

After signing with Elektra Records in 1966, the Doors with Morrison recorded and released six studio albums in five years, some of which are generally considered among the greatest of all time, including their debut The Doors (1967), Strange Days (1967), and L.A. Woman (1971).
