Badfinger (inicialmente llamados The Iveys) fue una banda de rock británica originaria de Gales, considerada como una de las más importantes del llamado power pop, con un estilo muy personal que fue evolucionando a pesar de las dificultades afrontadas como banda.. Badfinger fue fiel a su estilo y sonido, en clara contraposición al rock sinfónico que imponían otras bandas de la época.
