Launch "tf.exe" via the Shortcut You can now join vac secure servers with the 32-bit version of Team Fortress 2.
Go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Team Fortress 2 and there are 2 files there: 'tf.exe' and 'tf_win64.exe'. Delete the 'tf_win64.exe' one and rename the 'tf.exe' to 'tf_win64.exe' and run the game from steam like usual and it should fix the problem.
