Overview. This Digital Modelling Report incorporates the previous research completed for the FM Exemplar Project utilising the Sydney Opera House as a case study. The research has demonstrated significant benefits in digitising design documentation and operational and maintenance manuals.

Introduction. The Sydney Opera House Facilities Management Exemplar Project is an initiative of the Cooperative Research Centre for Construction Innovation (CRCCi) in conjunction with Sydney Opera House, academic and industry partners1. The project is aligned with the Federal Government’s Facilities Management Action Agenda.
