シド・バレット（Syd Barrett、1946年 1月6日 - 2006年 7月7日）は、イギリスのミュージシャン。 プログレッシブ・ロック ・バンド、 ピンク・フロイド の初期の中心メンバー（ヴォーカリスト兼ギタリスト）であったことで知られる。

2 de abr. de 2014 · Guitarist Syd Barrett helped found the psychedelic rock band Pink Floyd. After a mental break forced his departure, he spent 30 years as a painter and recluse.
Syd Barrett left Pink Floyd in April 1968, along with their manager Peter Jenner. Jenner led Barrett into EMI Studios to record some tracks in May, that would later be released on Barrett's first solo album. During the May sessions, Jenner failed to record, properly, any vocals at all for several tracks, including "Clown and Jugglers".
