Sweet Tooth is a vehicle featured in the Twisted Metal series. Driven by the clown-themed killer, Needles Kane, Sweet Tooth has appeared in every game in the series to date. Due to its strong association with Needles, Sweet Tooth is also commonly used to refer to both the driver and the vehicle.
