Stuart sutcliffe. Stuart Fergusson Victor Sutcliffe (23 de junio de 1940 - 10 de abril de 1962) fue un pintor y músico escocés mejor conocido como el bajista original de la banda de rock inglesa The Beatles. Sutcliffe dejó la banda para seguir su carrera como pintor, habiendo asistido previamente al Liverpool College of Art.

Stuart (Stu) Sutcliffe is often referred to as the fifth Beatle although he left the band to pursue his career as a painter, having previously attended the Liverpool College of Art with John Lennon.
