  7. So i found out that my motherboard (an EVGA Z370 FTW) has spread spectrum enabled by default in its bios and that there are no option to disable it. This translates to BCLK fluctuating between 99.68 and 99.81 Mhz when looking at the monitoring values in CPUZ or HWinfo when the BLCK is set to 100 Mhz in the bios.
