Star Wars. Simon Pegg (born Simon John Beckingham, February 14, 1970) is an English writer, actor, comedian, film producer and director. He is best known for having co-written and starred in various Edgar Wright features, mainly Shaun of the Dead, Hot Fuzz, and the comedy series Spaced.
In 2015 he appeared in Star Wars: The Force Awakens as Unkar Plutt, the Junkyard dealer on Jakku. Pegg voiced Professor Phineas Nigellus Black in the 2023 video game Hogwarts Legacy.
