  3. When to Apply. Most students apply to the College as 10th and 11th graders. Students in their last year of high school (equivalent to U.S. grade 12) are eligible to apply to start college in our spring semester, which begins in January. Students who graduate from high school early or at a young age are also eligible to apply.

  4. Transcripts can be sent from the applicant’s school or by the applicant. Transcripts can be mailed (Bard Academy at Simon’s Rock Office of Admission 84 Alford Road Great Barrington, MA 01230), faxed (413- 541-0081) or emailed (bardacademy@simons-rock.edu) to the Office of Admission.

  5. Average GPA: 3.54. The average GPA at Bard College at Simon's Rock is 3.54. (Most schools use a weighted GPA out of 4.0, though some report an unweighted GPA. With a GPA of 3.54, Bard College at Simon's Rock requires you to be around average in your high school class. You'll need a mix of A's and B's, and very few C's.
