Daehder. • 3 yr. ago. Quieting flywheel blasters isn't an easy task because spinning anything at 30k rpm will make a lot of noise. Well balanced machine wheels will help a little bit, as will a good solid cage. Metal cages aren't necessarily quieter, just nicer sounding thanks to their extra mass.
