One of the film series' main characters, Fiona is introduced as a beautiful princess placed under a curse that transforms her into an ogress at night.

Filmmakers had hoped to salvage the work that Farley had put in, but ultimately brought in Mike Myers to play Shrek, and the dialogue was completely redone.
