Norman Jeffrey "Jeff" Healey (born March 25, 1966 – March 2, 2008) was a Canadian guitarist and singer. The blind musician got with his Jeff Healey Band at the end of the 1980s, international fame with their debut album See The Light. Healey was a year-long age blind by a retinoblastoma; a tumor in the eye. His eyes had to be amputated.
14 de abr. de 2016 · Jeff Healey was blinded at the age of 1 due to Retinoblastoma, but this did not affect his talent for playing guitar, singing, and songwriting. The band plays Rock, Blues, and Jazz, but sadly Jeff Healey passed in 2008 from cancer, however his music will live on in CD's and DVD's.
