Yup. They already screwed up the Vesper plot early on, but to return to it was just painful to me and made Bond seem like a total cry baby. Craig even said “we finish some things that haven’t been answered” which he was inferring Casino Royale. Bond dying is what sealed the deal to me that the movie was unserious.
