FREE THE BEARS is an Australian wildlife conservation and animal welfare organization that works with local communities and governments in Asia to help three of the worlds least-known bear species - sun bears, moon bears (Asiatic black bears) and sloth bears - from misery, torture and the threat of extinction.
Rescued moon bears explore their beautiful new home. In collaboration with the Laos Department of Forestry, construction of the Tat Kuang Si Bear Rescue Centre in Luang Prabang began in 2003. Eventually three bear houses were built with a capacity for 25 rescued bears.
In the game, players cut the rope to let the bear fall safely to the ground, safely and successfully rescue the trapped character, and escape from all dangerous traps. You never know what challenges are waiting for you.
Free the Bears has helped rescue over 1,000 bears of the world's most vulnerable bear species (sun bears, moon bears and sloth bears) and we provide ongoing care to hundreds of rescued sun bears and moon bears at the sanctuaries we operate in three countries.

Be A Bear Carer. Without protected forest for release, we'll need to provide lifelong support to hundreds of rescued sun bears and moon bears. Both species are endangered, listed on the IUCN Red List as Vulnerable to Extinction. We can only provide this ongoing care with your help.
