Sadie Sparks has short hair with red highlights on the right side along with a purple strand of braided hair and brown hair on the other side. She has green eyes along with freckles along her cheeks and nose. She wears a dark purple collar on her neck with what seems to be a swirl engraved on it. She wears 6 bracelets on her right hand.
